Unloading / Parking / Set-up

You may unload anytime from 3pm-5:30pm in front of your designated vendor booth spot. Please keep your vehiucle tight againt your spot so there is still a lane for others to get through. After you drop off your items to your booth, please move your vehicles to the Parking Garage north of Farnam Street. Jill will give you a parking validation sticker at your booth. Here is more info on parking at Midtown Crossing. If you need help finding your booth space, please find me! I do not have a booth anymore as I sold hello ruby, so I will be floating around. All vehicles must be out of the U by 5:45pm. If you do not arrrive in time for set-up, you may not be allowed to set-up based on the safety of customers walking.

Booths

All booths are 10x10. A tent, weights, and lighting are required for you to attend the market. It can get windy, specifically on the north side of the U due to how the building are laid out and the wind flow. Electricity is not avaiable for you at Night Markets; we will have a string of mights on the front of your booth, but you are responsible for lighting within your booth so customers can see your product when it gets darker. Options I’ve had success with at Walmart or Amazon.

If you are have mobile unit, please let me know. You will need to purchase however many spots you’ll need to fit your vehicle. You can add multip[le vendor spaces to your cart above. EX: my previous business, hello ruby fashion truck, was 10x30, so I would purchase 3 spots.

Your booth is not secured until you complete checkout. If you need payment accomodations, please let me know. However, this is the way we have to do it so that we aren’t left with spots for people that commit without payment and then do not show up. I hope you understand.

Food / Drinks

We are working with Pas Mas for an alcohol booth. More information will be provided soon.

The vendor map assignments will come out the week before each market. The map is below.

Each Facebook event will be released as the summer goes on. Please be sure to ‘Add to page’ — you have to do this on a computer / web, not on your phone. You click the three dots (next to the share button) and then click ‘Add to page’; then choose your business page.

Non-profit / Midtown Crossing Retailer

If you are a non-profit or Midtown Crossing Retailer, please reach out to me for a code to waive your fee entirely.

Weather

Midtown Crossing / Turner Park’s weather policy for rescheduling is by noon on market day. If that would happem, you will receive an email from me letting you know. If it does rain at the market we most likely will keep it open; however, their policy for lightning is closing the market ASAP.
